Hershey Kiss Cookies!
ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
directions

Mix together butter, peanut butter, sugar, egg, brown sugar and vanilla.

Add flour, soda & salt.

Shape dough in balls and roll balls in sugar. Place on greased sheet and bake for 8 minutes at 375 degrees.

Remove from oven and place a Hershey kiss firmly in the center so cookie cracks around the edge. Return to oven for 2 to 5 more minutes.
