Creamy Mushroom Pasta
ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) pack dry fettuccine noodles
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 4 oz. fresh mushrooms - sliced
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Cook pasta in olive oil and water.

Melt butter over low heat.

Add mushrooms - cook until dark.

Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, wine and chicken broth. Increase heat to medium.

Cook, stirring constantly (5 minutes).

Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream. Stir in corn starch and simmer 1 minute. Pour over pasta.
