Chicken Parm Meatball Subs
This recipe is adapted from Rachael Ray’s recipe on her show, 30 minute meals.
ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- dash each of: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, & red pepper flakes for the meatballs
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
- handful chopped fresh italian flat-leaf parsley
- evoo
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 6 mini french bread rolls
- 2 oz shredded provolone
