ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground turkey
  • dash each of: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, & red pepper flakes for the meatballs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
  • handful chopped fresh italian flat-leaf parsley
  • evoo
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 6 mini french bread rolls
  • 2 oz shredded provolone
