Whole Wheat Cookies

Soft, sweet, and you don’t notice the coarse whole wheat flour. A good, healthy cookie. (Not the kind I usually make!!)

ingredients

  • 1c. whole wheat flour
  • 1t. baking powder
  • 1t. cinnamon
  • 1/2t. baking soda
  • 1/2t. salt
  • 1c. brown sugar
  • 1/4c. plain yogurt
  • 2T. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1t. vanilla
  • 1 1/3c. oats
  • 1c. raisins

directions

Do the Cookie Thing... mix dry’s, set aside. Mix wets, add sugar, add egg and vanilla. Mix in dry’s. Stir in oats and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Do Not Overbake.

Turned out pretty well! Ivy said these were the best cookies she ever tasted! Of course she said that once about some green peas I made for her too!!
