Parmesan Grilled Corn on the CobScott Jones
A take off of Mexican street corn, this corn on the cob is the perfect veggie to serve at a summer bbq. You won’t eat corn any other way after you try this.
- Grilled corn on the cob
- Parmesan cheese
- Chili powder
- Lime wedges
Grill corn out of husks until slightly browned. Spread cooked corn with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chili powder and Parmesan cheese then squeeze on the lime.
