Seafood Newburg
ingredients
- Part I
- 4 tbl. melted butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 can evaporated milk
- Part II
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lg. can lobster meat or 1 lb langostinos
- 1 sm. can of tiny shrimp
- 2 tbl. sherry wine
- some medium shrimp (optional)
- salt + pepper to taste

Boil all items in Part I until thickened.

Add all ingredients in Part II.

Add sherry, heat and serve on filo dough or toast.
