Stephanie's Favorite Cookies (Peanut Blossoms)

ingredients
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 54 Hershey"s Kisses(unwrapped)

Blend peanut butter and butter in a large mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup sugar and the brown sugar;cream until light and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla;beat well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt;gradually add to creamed mixture. Blend well.

Shape dough into ball , roll in sugar, place on cookie sheet. Bake 375 F. for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven; place on wire rack to cool. Place one kiss on each cookie, pressing down so cookie cracks around edge
