Pan Sauteed Fish
Delicious with crab meat on top!
ingredients
- Fish fillets (Tilapia, catfish, speckled trout)
- Tony’s seasoning
- Egg wash :
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- Whisk eggwash to blend.
- 1 cup flour
- Butter
- Olive Oil
directions

Heat oil over high heat (wait to add some butter at the last minute before frying.)

Dip fish fillets in eggwash and coat generously with flour.

Add butter to heated oil in skillet and sauté fillets until golden brown, approximately 3-5 minutes.

Serve plain or add a sauce such as beurre blanc, or hollandaise with crab meat, or crawfish etouffee.
