Fruit Cobbler
ingredients
- 1 C Self rising flour
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 C Milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 stick Butter
- 3 C Canned Fruit -- peaches, berries, cherries, apples, etc.
directions
Preheat oven to 375°, combine flour, sugar, milk, and cinnamon in a bowl, with a whisk. Melt butter in the oven in a glass casserole dish.
When melted, remove from oven and pour batter into the melted butter. Swirl batter around in dish. Add canned fruit and distribute evenly throughout the batter.
Bake until brown on top.
Serve with vanilla ice cream - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
