Cabbage Salad

ingredients
- One head of cabbage (or two bags of shredded slaw mix)
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil (or your favorite salad oil)
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 Tbs sugar
- One seasoning packet of Chicken Ramen noodles
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- One package of Crumbled Ramen noodles
- Toasted Almonds (sunflower seeds are a yummy substitute)
directions
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, seasoning packet, and Salt and Pepper. This may be made ahead and stored. 10 minutes before serving pour mixture over cabbage and toss. Just before serving pour the crumbled ramen noodles and almonds over the cabbage then slightly mix.
