Cranberry, Apple and Ginger Chutney
ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) bag Cranberries
- 2 Red apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 2-inch piece Ginger, peeled and grated
- 0.25 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Water
directions
Combine ingredients in a pot. Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced and thickened, about 30 minutes. Cool fully before serving.
notes
If vinegar is still strong, add cranberry juice to finished product. OJ can be used if no cranberry juice is available.
