CUNNINGHAM EGG BAKE
This most-excellent egg casserole has made our tummies happy and full on many occasions!
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs sausage or bacon
- 9 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 3 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 1/2 tsp dry ground mustard
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
directions
Brown sausage, drain. Beat eggs in mixing bowl, add milk, cubed bread, ground mustard, and cheese. Stir. Add browned sausage and stir. Pour into a Pam-sprayed 9x13 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 20-30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut and ENJOY!
