Peanut butter candy
ingredients
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 large packages cooking chocolate
directions
Mix all ingredients and form into balls. melt chocolate in double broiler on stove top and dip balls into chocolate. Lay on wax paper to cool.
notes
Can use toothpick or plastic fork with two middle tines removed to dip balls into chocolate.
