Jewish Apple Dapple Cake
ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 4 cups diced apples
- Icing
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk

Mix all ingredients together and bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

When cake is finished and still warm poke holes in cake and pour icing on top.

To make icing take above ingredients for icing and cook on medium heat for about 2 1/2 minutes.
