Ingredients

  • 4-6 Tilapia
  • 2 Tbls. Paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1.5 tsp dried, crushed basil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

Heat grill on high 5 minutes. Mix all seasonings in a bowl. Dip fillets in melted butter and coat with seasonings. Place fillets on mesh grill sheet and cook 2 minutes on each side.

    WOW!!!! I thought my tilapia was good but this was restaurant quality for sure. Not only did the house smell delicious when it came in from the grill but our 6 year old said, "This is the most delicious fish ever mommy!" She ate her whole plate and then some. Our tilapia was a little bigger so we found we needed more seasoning but I just did 3 filets with your seasoning and 1 plain. UNBELIEVABLE!!

    I am recommending measuring out the spices and making a couple ziploc bags full to have on hand for next time...there will be one! Thank you for a great meal idea!

    Excellent recipe! Very easy, the kids loved it, my husband loved it, I loved it. Such a rare treat. The flavored were perfectly blended, not too hot. I did use lime juice instead of lemon pepper, only because I didn't have any. 5 stars!!
