Sesame Ginger Dressing
ingredients
- 1/4 C seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/4 C fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sesame oil -- toasted
- 1 tbsp Splenda -- or honey
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
