Hawaiian Banana Bread
ingredients
- 3 large bananas -- ripe
- 1/4 C. Egg BeatersĀ® 99% egg substitute
- 2 Tb. applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/3 C. honey
- 1/4 C. milk, skim
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1Ā 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
directions
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
Process all ingredients in a processor until blended well.
Spray a smal loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour batter into pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
