Pineapple cream cheese dip
ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- small can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1/2 medium onion
- 2 T. green pepper
- 1/2 t. Lawry’s seasoned salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- (optional - Sheila didn’t use.)
directions

1. In food processor chop very fine onion and green pepper.

2. Mix cream cheese, pineapple, onion, green pepper, salt and nuts.

3. Serve as a dip or roll into a ball and then in nuts.
