Sausage Bread

ingredients
- 3/4 lb of Owens sausage (or other spicy sausage – Jimmy Dean, etc.)
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 c milk
- 1 1/2 c Bisquick
- 1/2 t dry mustard
- 1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
directions

Brown and drain sausage. Mix together eggs, milk, Bisquick, mustard. Add sausage to the batter, stir in.

Pour into 8x8x2 pan or loaf pan.

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30-45 minutes in 325 degree oven. Double measurements for jelly roll size pan or 9x13.
