Mom's Famous Coleslaw

ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded (the pre-mix works perfectly)
  • 4 stalks of green onion
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds
  • 1/2 pkg. crunched ramen noodles
  • 1 T. sesame seed
  • 1/3 cup of rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup and 2 T oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 T sugar

    Combine cabbage and all other vegetables with almonds. Toss.

  • 2

    Mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. Toss vegetables with oil topping. Add crunched ramen noodles and toss immediately before serving.
