Mom's Famous Coleslaw
ingredients
- 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded (the pre-mix works perfectly)
- 4 stalks of green onion
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- 1/2 pkg. crunched ramen noodles
- 1 T. sesame seed
- 1/3 cup of rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup and 2 T oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T sugar

Combine cabbage and all other vegetables with almonds. Toss.

Mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. Toss vegetables with oil topping. Add crunched ramen noodles and toss immediately before serving.
