  • 1 lb spaghettie
  • 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced(razor thin)
  • 1 can tomatoes 14 oz
  • 3/8 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablemspoons parsley freshly chopped fine (no stems)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • pepper and salt
  • veggie broth

In a large pot with boiling water coo the pasta. In a separate pot pour the olive oil and garlic, cook garlic to gold color and pour the can tomatores, a little of the broth or water and season with salt , pepper, red pepper flakes. cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the spaghetti,parsley, parmesan cheese a splash of olive oil,,serve immediately
