Spinach and Mango salad

  • 24 oz baby spinach
  • 2 each mango
  • 2 oz blue cheese o gorgonzola
  • 4 tablesppons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustar
  • salt and pepper


Wash the spinach and dry it in a owl. Peel and slic the mango and mix with the spinach in a bowl. Mis the balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt pepper and oil and pour over salad and mix right before serving.
