Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients:- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch of ground cloves
- 1 cup milk
- 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 egg
- Omit sugar
- Substitute 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate for an equal amount of milk

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl.

Swiftly mix wet ingredients into dry.

Lightly oil skillet and heat over medium heat. Test to see if water sprinkled on the griddle dances off.

Cook pancakes about 2-3 minutes per side.

Serve with butter and warm maple syrup.
