Turkey Bacon Club Salad
ingredients
- 12 slices of crispy bacon
- 3 bunches of romaine lettuce
- 1 package of grape tomatoes
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 1/2 lbs. of deli sliced turkey breast
- Pinch of fry seasoning (see recipe in Everything Else section)
- Dressing:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- Dash of Texas Pete

Chop romaine lettuce and put in a large bowl. Arrange grape tomatoes, diced cucumbers, and chopped bacon on top. Season with fry seasoning. Cut the turkey into 1/2 inch strips and arrange on salad.

Dressing:

Scoop flesh out of avocados and put in food processer. Add zest and juice of lemon, chopped garlic clove, and red wine vinegar to the avocados. While processing, add olive oil and Texas Pete. Taste and adjust seasonings.
