Crepes - Seafood or Chicken
Alternate your meat for variety. Shrimp, crab, lobster, chicken - all are yummy in this rich recipe.
ingredients
- 1 scant cup of flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 TBL melted butter
- 8 ounces seafood/chicken
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 10 large sliced mushrooms
- 1 heaping cup sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 2 TBL butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
