Chili Verde Burritos

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 lb. pork roast, cubed
  • 1 19 oz. can green chili sauce
  • 2 cans diced green chili’s
  • 1 8 oz. can Herdez green salsa
  • 1 onion - diced
  • salt & pepper

    Simmer in Crock pot all day on low or on high for 4-6 hours. If too soupy, thicken with cornstarch.

  • 2

    Spoon into flour tortillas and top with cheese. Optional: sour cream, salsa, cilantro, etc.
