Chili Verde Burritos
ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 lb. pork roast, cubed
- 1 19 oz. can green chili sauce
- 2 cans diced green chili’s
- 1 8 oz. can Herdez green salsa
- 1 onion - diced
- salt & pepper

Simmer in Crock pot all day on low or on high for 4-6 hours. If too soupy, thicken with cornstarch.

Spoon into flour tortillas and top with cheese. Optional: sour cream, salsa, cilantro, etc.
