Luby's Fried Fish
According to someone’s mother they use the same breading recipe for the fried fish and the fried shrimp. The coating is the same, but the fish is baked, not fried.
2/3 c. flour
2 1/3 c. coarsely crushed saltine crackers
1 c. buttermilk
3 extra large eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Haddock Fillet
Bake at 350 for approx 30-40 minutes (depending on size of fish
