Jimbo’s HummusDEBORAH SIMON
- 1 can chick- peas
- 1/2 can Tahini
- 3 garlic cloves(may use more)
- juice of two lemons
- pepper and salt to taste
- olive oil to desired thickness
Puree garlic in processor with chick-peas use on/off pulse till paste like. Add tahini pulse till combined . Add lemon juice and oil to desired consistency. Place in bowl. Add oil to coat top.Refrigerate till cold. Serve with pita chips.
