Pesto
ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 oz. Parmesan cheese (cut into 1" cubes)
- 2 c. basil leaves (packed)
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 c. pine nuts
- 1/3 - 1/2 c. olive oil

Using food processor with metal blade, mince garlic. Add cheese and turn off and on 10 times. Add basil, salt, nuts and mince off and on 8 times. Run machine and drizzle oil in top until well blended.

This will freeze well. Will keep for months in refrigerator if kept in glass and covered with oil.
