Parmesan Herb Chicken
ingredients
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken tenders
- 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. minced rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 T. water
directions
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Cut chicken into 24 equal pieces. Coat lightly with flour. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, rosemary, and black pepper. Dip chicken into egg white and water, then bread crumb mixture, shaking excess off. Place on pan and sprtiz with olive oil. Bake for 7 minutes, flip and bake for 8 more minutes until chicken is crispy.
