Chicken Chili
ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3/4 lbs. chicken breasts -- boneless, skinless in 1" cubes
- 1 C onion -- chopped
- 1 green bell pepper -- chopped
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
- 28 oz canned -- stewed tomato
- 30 ozcan black beans -- rinsed & drained
- 3/4 C salsa
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
directions
Heat the oil in a dutch oven. Sauté the chicken with the onion, green bell pepper and garlic until the chicken loses color. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve.
