ingredients

  • 1/4 C pine nuts -- toasted
  • 1/2 C parmesan -- grated
  • 1 - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 artichoke hearts and bottoms -- cooked
  • 3 cloves garlic or to taste
  • 1 - 2 tsp lemon juice

directions

Add all ingredients to a food processor or mortar. Process. Add water to adjust consistency. Makes about 1 cup.
