Crab and Artichoke Dip
ingredients
- 2 15 oz cans of Artichoke Hearts Drained and chopped
- 1 4 oz can of green chilies Drained
- 1 cup of Lump Crab meat
- 1 cup of Mayo
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients together except shredded cheese.

Place in 9 inch pie plate then top ingredients with shredded parmesan cheese.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown.

Cool for 10 minutes and serve with crackers.
