Crab and Artichoke Dip

ingredients

  • 2 15 oz cans of Artichoke Hearts Drained and chopped
  • 1 4 oz can of green chilies Drained
  • 1 cup of Lump Crab meat
  • 1 cup of Mayo
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

directions

  • 1

    Mix all ingredients together except shredded cheese.

    Place in 9 inch pie plate then top ingredients with shredded parmesan cheese.

  • 3

    Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown.

  • 4

    Cool for 10 minutes and serve with crackers.
