7-up Pound Cake
ingredients
- 3 cups Swans Down Cake Flour, sifted
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 sticks butter, softened
- 3/4 cup 7-up
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. lemon extract
- 5 eggs

1. Mix butter and sugar together until sugar becomes very fine.

2. Add eggs one at a time until mixture becomes smooth.

3. Add flour and 7-up.

4. Grease bunt pan and sprinkle with flour. Shake out excess.

5. Bake for 1 hour and 10 min. at 330.
notes
Do not open oven until cake is finished baking.
