Grandma’s Vegetable Beef Soup

  • 1 lb. Ground Chuck
  • 1 28 oz. can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 10.5 oz. can condensed beef broth
  • 1 8 oz. can green peas
  • 1 8 oz. can corn
  • 1 8 oz. can butter peas
  • 1 8 oz. can lima beans
  • 1 8 oz. can green beans
  • 1 med. potato, peeled and cubed
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbs. Chili powder

Brown ground beef in a 8 qt. Dutch oven, drain. Return beef to dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients and water to desired consistency . Bring to a boil, simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
