Holiday Fruit Punch
Start early so the ring mold will be ready! This recipe is good for fifty people.
ingredients
Punch- 46-oz can pineapple juice
- 46-oz can orange–apricot juice
- large can frozen lemonade
- 46-oz can of water
- 2 quarts ginger ale
- 1 pint orange sherbet
- Orange food coloring may be added to brighten color.
- 1 ice block (made in ring mold) containing a 1-pound can fruit cocktail and pineapple juice

Ice ring: Take a ring mold (or Jello mold) and fill it with the can of fruit cocktail; add pineapple juice until ring mold is full. Freeze ice ring contents until hard. Turn out onto tin foil; rewrap and store in freezer until ready to serve.

Combine fruit juices, water, ginger ale, and sherbet. Stir together. Add ice ring just before serving.
