WW Strawberry Banana Cheesecake
Low calorie strawberry cheesecake using part-skim Ricotta, low cal yogurt, and sugar free Jello.
ingredients
- 1 sm. box sugar free strawberry Jello
- 1/2 C boiling water
- 1/2 C cold water
- 8 oz. low calorie strawberry yogurt
- 1/2 C part skim Ricotta cheese
- 1 pack Sweet ’N Low
- 1/2 medium banana
directions
Dissolve the Jello with hot water in blender or food processor. Add cold water. Add remaining ingredients and blend for 1 minute making sure the banana is pureed. Pour into 4 large custard cups. Refrigerate until set.
