Greek Dip
From the Kitchen of Aunt Connie
ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups prepared hummus
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 cup tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- Pita chips or multigrain tortilla chips

1. Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and garlic in mixer until smooth.

2. Spread into a deep 9 inch pie plate or shallow serving dish.

3. Evenly spread hummus on cream cheese layer.

4. Top with cucumber, tomato, olives, feta cheese, and green onions.

5. Cover and refrigerate for 2-24 hours.

6. Serve with pita chips or multi-grain tortilla chips.
