Wild Rice Cassarole
ingredients
- 1 lb sausage (cooked and drain)
- 1 box long grain and wild rice (cooked as directed)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
directions
Mix ingredients together and bake in casserole dish 1 hour at 300°. Can be topped last 10 minutes with slivered almonds.
