Low Calorie Lime Pie
3 oz sugar-free lime gelatin
¼ C boiling water
12 oz key-lime flavored light yogurt -- 2 6oz. cartons
8 oz frozen fat-free whipped topping thawed
1 graham cracker pie crust -- 9 inch reduced f
In large heat resistent bowl, dissolve geletin in boiling water. Whisk in yogurt. Fold in thawed whipped topping. Pour mixture innto pie shell. Refrigerate overnight or 4 hours.
3 points per serving according to weight watchers: 148 calories. 3.5gfat. 1g fiber.
