Fruit Plate With Strawberry Dip
ingredients
- 1 1/2 C low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/3 C sugar or equivalent sugar substitute.
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 C diced strawberries -- drained
- Assorted Fruits for Dipping such as:
- chucnks of pineapple or bananas -- wedges
- peaches -- apples, kiwi fruit, or pears.
directions
Combine cottage cheese, sugar or substitute, almond, and berries in a blender. Process until smooth. Transfer to a small, pretty serving bowl and place on a large plate with fruit around the bowl.
