ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 C sugar or equivalent sugar substitute.
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 C diced strawberries -- drained
  • Assorted Fruits for Dipping such as:
  • chucnks of pineapple or bananas -- wedges
  • peaches -- apples, kiwi fruit, or pears.

directions

Combine cottage cheese, sugar or substitute, almond, and berries in a blender. Process until smooth. Transfer to a small, pretty serving bowl and place on a large plate with fruit around the bowl.
