- 2 15-oz cans pumpkin puree
- 3 14.5-oz cans vegetable broth
- 1 11.5-oz can pear nectar
- 1/3 C creamy peanut butter
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh ginger root, grated
- 2 Tbsp green onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- Toasted pumpkin seeds, (optional)
- Chopped chives, (optional)
