Sun-Dried Tomato Cheesecake Squares
ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter--cut into bits
- 1 large egg
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil packed --tbsp oil reserved
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp chopped oregano
- 3 large eggs
- 1 16 oz package of cream cheese--cut into bits room temperature
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
