ingredients

• Crust:
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 6 tbsp unsalted butter--cut into bits
• 1 large egg
• Filling:
• 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil packed --tbsp oil reserved
• 6 cloves of garlic
• 2 tsp chopped oregano
• 3 large eggs
• 1 16 oz package of cream cheese--cut into bits room temperature
• 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup sour cream
