Beef skewers with noodle salad
ingredients
- 600g diced heart smart beef
- 1/3 cup Masterfoods Chinese BBQ marinade
- 400g thin hokkien noodles
- 1 red capsicum
- 200g swiss brown mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 110ml Neil Perry Fresh soy and chilli dressing

Thread beef onto skewers. Place in a shallow dish and add marinade, turning the skewers to coat.

Heat a fry pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked.

Meanwhile, place noodles in a bowl and add boiling water. Set aside for 5 minutes. Drain well and seperate the noodles.

Add capsicum, cucumber and mushrooms to the noodles. Toss to combine, add dressing to coat.

Serve skewers with noodle salad.
