Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
Mom had these at a friend’s and they became our favorite dessert! They’re great fresh (or frozen) and are the perfect size for a 2-bite dessert.
ingredients
- 4 cups creamy peanut butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup margarine
- 32 ounces powdered sugar
- 3 bags chocolate chips
- 2-3 tbsp. crisco
directions

Melt peanut butter and margarine in the microwave in a glass bowl Combine sugar, cereal, peanut butter and margarine. Chill until cool (at least 1 hour).

Form into 1 1/2-inch balls.

Melt chocolate and crisco; dip balls in melted chocolate and place on parchment or waxed paper to dry.
notes
Halve the recipe for a manageable amount....or don't and freeze these for up to a month!
