Grape Jelly Meatballs
Sounds strange, but so so good
ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Crisco (to brown meatballs)
- Sauce:
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
- 1 can sauerkraut, drained
directions
Make meatballs and drain on paper towels. Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan and simmer meatballs in it for 30 minutes. Serve hot or keep warm in crock pot.
