- 8 oz bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate (can use nestle morsels)
- splash of vanilla
- 8 T (4 oz) unsalted butter -1/2 stick
- 8 egg yolks in a small bowl
- 6 egg whites in a large bowl
- 1/3 cup sugar
