Bruschetta Fresh Mozzarella, Tomatoes, Basil
ingredients
- 1 Loaf Baguette, Ciabatta, or Focaccia
- 1 lb. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil (from Sorrento preferred)
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar (Guisti 6 year preferred)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Basil
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground sea salt
- 1/2 lb fresh mozzarella

Slice your bread into 3/8“ to 1/2” slices.

Dip bread into olive oil, then grill on your cast-iron grill pan.

Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsami vinegar, salt and pepper.
