  • 1 Loaf Baguette, Ciabatta, or Focaccia
  • 1 lb. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil (from Sorrento preferred)
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar (Guisti 6 year preferred)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Basil
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground sea salt
  • 1/2 lb fresh mozzarella

    Slice your bread into 3/8“ to 1/2” slices.

    Dip bread into olive oil, then grill on your cast-iron grill pan.

  • 3

    Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsami vinegar, salt and pepper.
