Jill Haymes Shrimp DeJOnghe
ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs. shrimp, cleaned
- 6 T butter, softened
- 1 1/4 t minced garlic
- 2 T finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/2 C breadcrumbs
- 1/4-1/2 C dry sherry
- salt and peppercayenne

Arrange shrimp in well butered shallow dish. Mix butter with garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper. Stir in crumbs and sherry. Top shrimp.

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

Serve with curried rice.
