    dip veggies into boiling water..brussel sprouts-10 minutes

    asparagus-30 seconds

    baby potatoes-15 minutes

    then plung into ice water mix. can rewarm veggies prior to serving by dipping into 1/2 water, 1/2 butter hot mix.
